§1. General provisions
These terms set out the rules for providing veterinary services and for using the multivetlutynia.pl website. The service provider is Gabinet Weterynaryjny Multivet Lekarz Weterynarii Iga Potwora, registered address: Ołowiana 11, 53-434 Wrocław, Lower Silesia, place of service: 61 Kościuszki St, 55-300 Lutynia, NIP (VAT ID): 754-288-12-65, REGON: 022366570 (the "Clinic").
Veterinary services are provided in accordance with the Polish Act of 18 December 2003 on veterinary treatment facilities, the Act on the profession of veterinary surgeon and veterinary chambers, and the principles of veterinary ethics and deontology.
§2. Definitions
- Client - a natural person, legal person or organisational unit using the Clinic's services as the animal's keeper,
- Patient - an animal under veterinary care,
- Service - a veterinary service (prevention, diagnostics, treatment, surgery, rehabilitation, INDIBA therapy and others),
- Website - the site available at multivetlutynia.pl.
§3. Scope and rules of service provision
- The Clinic provides veterinary services in internal medicine, cardiology, dermatology, surgery, prevention, diagnostics and animal rehabilitation, including INDIBA therapy and underwater treadmill training.
- Services are performed exclusively by appropriately qualified staff, including veterinary surgeons entered on the register of the National Veterinary Chamber.
- Procedures and physical therapies (including INDIBA and rehabilitation) are preceded by a qualification examination; the attending veterinary surgeon decides on the scope and course of treatment.
- The keeper is obliged to provide reliable information about the patient's health and to follow post-procedure recommendations.
§4. Registration and booking visits
- Visits are booked by phone on +48 533 557 247, by e-mail at kontakt@multivetlutynia.pl, or through the external online booking system.
- If you cannot attend a visit, please cancel or reschedule in advance.
- The Clinic makes every effort to keep to appointment times; in justified cases (e.g. emergencies) the order of admissions may change.
§5. Payments
- Services are charged according to the Clinic's current price list, available at the premises.
- Payment is made after the service is provided. A sales document (receipt or invoice) is issued at the Client's request.
- For planned procedures the Clinic may provide an estimated cost beforehand.
§6. Liability
- The Clinic provides services with due diligence, in line with current veterinary knowledge. Owing to the nature of biological processes, the Clinic does not guarantee a specific treatment outcome.
- The Clinic is not liable for consequences resulting from the keeper withholding information about the patient's health or failing to follow recommendations.
§7. Use of the website
- The content of the Website is for information purposes and does not replace a veterinary consultation.
- Users must not supply unlawful content.
- The rules for processing personal data are set out in the Privacy policy.
§8. Complaints
The Client may lodge a complaint about the services by phone, by e-mail (kontakt@multivetlutynia.pl) or in person at the premises. Complaints are handled without undue delay, no later than within 14 days of receipt.
§9. Out-of-court dispute resolution
Consumers may use out-of-court complaint and redress procedures, including the European Commission's ODR platform (ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr) and the competent ombudsmen and inspections.
§10. Final provisions
In matters not covered by these terms, Polish law applies, in particular the Civil Code and the Consumer Rights Act. The Clinic reserves the right to amend these terms; the current version is published on the Website. Last updated: 1 April 2026.
