How to read opinions about a veterinary clinic

Polish law restricts advertising by veterinary practices, and we take that seriously: you will not find star ratings, testimonial carousels or collected quotations on this website. What you will find is a link to the places where opinions are published independently of us, and where we have no ability to edit or curate them.

That is a deliberate choice rather than a lack of feedback. An opinion that a clinic publishes about itself tells you what the clinic wanted you to read. An opinion left in a public profile tells you what somebody actually wrote, including the critical ones.

What is worth asking instead

If you are choosing a practice for a specific problem, the useful questions are concrete: does the clinic have the equipment the case needs on site, who will handle the procedure, how the follow-up is organised, and what happens if the plan has to change halfway through. Those questions can be answered on the phone before you book, and the answers tell you more than an average score.

We are happy to answer them. If our scope is not the right fit for your animal, we would rather say so during a two-minute call than after a fifteen-kilometre drive.

Contact

Call +48 533 557 247, book through the online system, or write to kontakt@multivetlutynia.pl. The clinic is at ul. Kościuszki 61 in Lutynia, about 18 km west of Wrocław, open Monday to Friday 10:00-20:00 and Saturday 10:00-15:00; Sunday is closed. Parking outside is free.

We see dogs, cats, rodents, rabbits and ornamental birds. Horses are covered for rehabilitation only. We do not treat farm animals.
